First Non-mom Haircut

We all decided that Sawyer would get his hair cut short for his First
Grade school year. Jake and I talked about a barber shop for this
experience. We shared the idea with Sawyer and he agreed.

So, Jake and Sawyer went to the field this morning for some exercise.
A quick rest at home and off they walked to the local barber shop-
Vega's Barber Shop. John was the barber of the day.

Jake told me that when they were at the field and resting Sawyer said
he needed to take a moment and pray. He prayed to himself. After he
said he had "prayed that Jesus would send God to be with him during
the haircut". Precious! After the haircut Jake asked if he felt God
was with him. Sawyer said yes. I love that!
