Preference

After church as a family we decided we'd go through the McDonald's drive thru.  Jake wanted In n Out but Sawyer reeeeally wanted McDonald's.  When we were about to place our order we noticed that it was still breakfast (10:52 a.m.).  We did NOT want breakfast.  However, when Sawyer realized it was still breakfast his response was "That's okay... I could prefer breakfast.  It's okay."
"Prefer", seriously?  He's 4!!
