Sawyer is no newbie when it comes to being in front of the camera. If you don't know where he got his start, click here. Anyway, two weeks ago Josh (the service producer) asked Jake if he (we) would be alright with Sawyer doing the Family Matters segment for an upcoming weekend. Jake and I discussed it and decided it could be a fun opportunity for Sawyer. Plus, when someone seeks out your kid, for qualities you want to foster, it's that much harder to find a reason not to.
Man! I wish y'all had been in that sanctuary when this aired. The laughing and applause rang out. If you missed it, don't worry. I'm sharing it right here.
This is only a glimpse of the character our Sawyer is turning out to be. We love him and we are so proud of his abilities, heart, character, and overall being. God surely blessed us with this kid!
